| Cure Insomnia with Vitamins and Minerals | Sleepseeker wrote: 2011-04-02 | Supplements When I read all the articles regarding the vitamins and minerals the body needs for normal healthy function including sleep, I look at my one-a-day supplement and realize that they only contain a small fraction of daily required dosages. Of course, trying to pack a little of everything into one table would lead to these low dosages. It would seem that either taking a one-a-day with other specific supplements in higher dosages or not using them at all, would be the answer. What do you think? |

Decided to quit cold turkey, becauase they leave me groggy next day and are giving me less and less sleep. Three nights now of insomnia rebound - no sleep at all. I see no choice but to continue until my body works it out. |

| Sleep and Aging | BajaLover wrote: 2009-10-22 | Sleep Pattern I'm only in my mid-forties, but already starting to develop a sleeping pattern similar my grandparents - feel sleepy around 9 PM and wake up around 4-5 AM in the morning.
I'm trying to adjust my life around it, but it's not easy. For example, I cannot do anything that creates any sort of a noise because by family members still asleep at 5 AM.
So, as I read on this website - it sounds like my sleep-wake rhythm needs to be corrected.
Will try... |

Anyone tried those? |
